This project involved creating a soft furnishings scheme for the show flat within a luxury residential development in the heart of Fitzrovia. The former office building had been converted into a collection of high-end apartments, and the brief was to design an interior that would maximise the achieved sale price per square foot.

Working to a defined budget and a fast turnaround, the scheme focused on carefully curated furniture, fabrics and styling to elevate the space.

The project also included reviewing lighting and electrical layouts to ensure they worked seamlessly with the furniture plan, alongside custom-designed kitchen and joinery elements.

The show flat proved a huge success, achieving strong sales results and leading the development company to commission a further three apartments and two penthouses within the building, each designed to suit varying budgets while maintaining the goal of increasing value.
