This project involved the complete renovation and rebuild of a home for a young family preparing to welcome their second child. The brief was to create an open-plan layout that felt cosy, homely and highly functional — a space that could comfortably accommodate family life while also allowing for relaxed entertaining.

At the heart of the design was a carefully planned kitchen for a client who loves to cook, ensuring it was both practical and well-equipped while remaining connected to the main living areas.

A garden office was also designed and built to provide a dedicated workspace for working from home.

The project included a full rewire and replumbing, with the house completely reconfigured to improve flow and flexibility. Working to a tight timeline ahead of the arrival of baby number two, the focus was on creating a warm, child-friendly home that would grow with the family.
