This full design and build project included interior architecture and soft furnishings by Louisa Penn Interiors. Two 2,500 sq ft apartments were completely reimagined for a pair of brothers and their families, to serve as their London residence during their annual stays in August.

The brief was to create the ultimate in luxury, inspired by the comfort and service of the Four Seasons, where the clients had previously spent their summers in London.

The project included the design of all joinery, kitchens and bathrooms, alongside a collection of bespoke furniture made to the clients’ exact specifications, including custom-sized beds and linens. A highlight of the project is a finely crafted marquetry dining table for six, designed to extend to accommodate fourteen guests.
